New Year's Eve in Times Square

December 28, 2016

The New Year is right around the corner and it's time to start making plans. If you want to be where all the action is in Times Square then you should have a solid plan and even a back-up plan if your original plan doesn't work. It gets very crowded early in the day and there are certain security restrictions that prevent you from bringing large backpacks and alcohol. So if you want to drink champagne while celebrating, this may not be the activity for you. The best viewing areas fill up by early afternoon. However, once you are barricaded in, you cannot get your spot back and there are no public restrooms in the area, so make sure you go before or lose your spot. Also, make sure to check the weather and dress sensibly. If it's going to be very cold, dress in more layers than you think you'll need. For more tips and information, visit the website.
